Contributor Benefits |
All contributors of more than $200 in cash or
$500 in products will receive a copy of Dr. Siguel’s book: "Essential
Fatty Acids in Health and Disease." We will also recognize you (if so
desired), as a supporter of our research.
In addition, all contributors of more than
$500 in cash or $2,000 in products will receive an individually autographed
copy of Dr. Siguel's current and next books, and have the option of a 30 min.
consultation with a nutritionist to discuss scientific issues and hypothetical
situations (for legal reasons, individual medical care cannot be provided). We
will also recognize you (if so desired), as a patron of our
research.
In addition, contributors of $2,000 or more
will receive the option of public recognition on our website and selected
publications as a benefactor (discussed on an individual
basis).
Contributors of $5,000 or more will receive
the above benefits plus recognition as angels on our home page.
You may list your name (if desired) and up to 100 words of information about
yourself (subject to approval by an officer of the foundation). You will also
have the option of being listed as a specific supporter of a specific
research article and/or other publications (as individually negotiated) to
be submitted for publication or presented at a scientific meeting.
In addition, all contributors of more than
$5,000 will receive an opportunity to have their blood analyzed for fatty acid
composition with an interpretation (for legal reasons, this interpretation
cannot be used for medical or treatment purposes; other conditions apply). Your
test results could be used to write a report for a scientific meeting or
publication (individually discussed). You will also get a 60 min. conversation
with a nutritionist (as indicated above) or a discussion with Dr. Siguel
regarding fat in health and disease.
The above dollar amounts reflect cash or its equivalent value in goods that can be traded for cash to cover our expenses. You must determine the tax value of your donation. If you plan to donate products over $500 and wish to receive some of the above items, please call to insure that your donation will cover the cost of the items provided. Due to space limitations, we may need to limit the time your name is displayed.
We also welcome appreciated stock instead of cash, which you may be able to deduct at its current market value.
There is no minimum contribution. We
appreciate all support.
