The International Association of Applied Psychology
(IAAP) has now recognized the International Association for the Psychology
of Food and Nutrition (IAPFoN) as one of its specialist Affiliated
Organizations.
The IAPFoN was founded during the first international multidisciplinary
Conference on Food Choice (July 27-30, 1992 in Brussels), an official Satellite
of the 25th Congress of Psychology held by the International Union of
Psychological Sciences (IUPsyS). IAPFoN is co-sponsor of the annual series of
Food Choice Conferences (FCC) and associated Food Choice Symposia at other
meetings.
